REGISTRATION
FALL 2008/SPRING 2009 Season Sign-Ups
Registration for the upcoming Fall 2008/Spring 2009 Seasons will be as follows:
Ages: 4-18 year olds
Cost: $40 per player before June 1, 2008. $50 per player after June 1, 2008.
Notes:
-Registration includes the Fall-2008 & Spring-2009 soccer seasons
-Once teams are formed and uniforms are ordered for the season (around July 2008), all new registrants (after July) will be put on a waiting list, subject to team availability only.
-New players need to bring a copy of their birth certificate (proof-of-age) and social security numbers (for AYSO insurance purposes)
